The NeuroMMSig server provides an interface for users to submit data to the mechanistic subgraphs in the Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease and Epilepsy knowledge assemblies built at Fraunhofer SCAI. These disease models are coded using Biological Expression Language (BEL). The models are parsed and stored using PyBEL a software developed at Fraunhofer SCAI. NeuroMMSig is maintained by Daniel Domingo-Fernandez at Fraunhofer SCAI with support from the AETIONOMY IMI project.
